I so love the Tulle and Tulips gang and watching a geeky hero fall in love with a heroine who would rather help brides plan their big day than get caught up in a messy love affair makes this one fun but sinfully sexy story. ~ Slick, Guilty Pleasures

When it comes to programmed assumptions, the heart is definitely not an easy hack.
At work, Darci Drummond, aka The Bunny of Bling, shines as bright as her trademark tie-shaped diamond necklace. Her dating life is a bit more tarnished. After getting hurt by a string of boyfriends, she takes solace in helping other women shine on their special day.
She wouldn’t complain if she found someone to give her a few simple pleasures—and zero strings. Just not that nerdy computer programmer working upstairs.
Victor Green’s idea of a great Saturday night—any night, really—is a Starbucks and a code-filled computer screen. Yet somehow, at the relentless begging of his baby sister, he finds himself walking the runway at a bridal show where he meets a stunner sporting a tie-shaped necklace. The next thing he knows, he’s thrust into a matchmaking scheme with wedding bells in the background.
Tricked into a date with Victor, Darci finds herself embroiled in an affair with a man who’s nothing like he seemed. And as her resistance crumbles, she wonders if it’s time to let someone get closer than skin deep…
Warning: If you’re opposed to a man who forgets to clean and a woman willing to tolerate his quirks… Wait, isn’t that real life?

I so love the Tulle and Tulips gang and watching a geeky hero fall in love with a heroine who would rather help brides plan their big day than get caught up in a messy love affair makes this one fun but sinfully sexy story.
Darci Drummond the Tulle and Tulips bling expert loves her job and the people she works with even when they keep trying to fix her up. While she’s soured on commitment she wouldn’t mind a man who could trip her trigger without any strings attached. When she’s tricked into lunch with Victor Green, a client’s brother, there is no denying the attraction. One quick conversation about expectations and Darci and Victor discover just how compatible they are. I loved these two and all of their quirks and they both had plenty. It was interesting to watch them figure out the things that made them tick and the accepting each other strange habits and all. Shared meals, some strange housecleaning, and some super sexy times leaves Victor falling in love and Darci running scared.
While the relationship between Darci and Victor was front and foremost, the crazy gang from Tulle and Tulips is around adding excitement as well as giving well meaning advice and a shove or two in the right direction. Nikki Duncan never ceases to grab my attention with her sexy stories and entertaining characters and Debauched In Diamonds is a fine addition to her growing body of work.

There aren’t enough geeky heroes around thanks for putting this book on my radar Slick
