’Twas a week before Christmas, and at the auction house…

At six foot one, Gwen Chambers has felt like a giant her whole life. She’s a calm, capable nurse saving lives in a busy London hospital, but healthy men give her heart palpitations. When larger-than-life rugby player “Little” John Sheldon convinces her to bid on him in his team’s fundraising auction, she discovers how pleasurable heart palpitations can be.

A rugby player was stirring, with desire no one could douse…

John has wanted Gwen since he first saw her, but when he’s injured in a match just before Christmas he suddenly needs her too. Not only can the sexy nurse help him recover, but she might be able to help him look after his daughter—a shy ten-year-old who speaks only French.

But will it be a Happy Christmas for all, and for all a good night?
From decorating the Christmas tree to ice skating at the Tower of London, Gwen helps father and daughter open up and bond with each other—and she bonds right along with them. But when John’s agent calls with a life-changing offer, Gwen has to decide how far she’s willing to go for her perfect match. Will their first Noël also be their last?

Unwrapping Her Perfect Match by Kat Latham is a delightful holiday story. Brought together by a charity auction, two strangers lives are changed forever but not without some bumps along the way to make it interesting.

Professional rugby player John Sheldon knows the minute he sees Gwen Chambers that he has to meet her, he has to know her and he has to get her to bid on him in the charity auction he was forced to do. From the start there was no doubting their intense chemistry, but it was also evident there was more between them even from the start.

John was one of those heroes I couldn’t help but love; he has this big tough exterior but underneath it all is a very decent human being so when he messes up, it affects him deeply especially when it’s with someone he cares about. I loved that he really wanted to get to know Gwen from the start and that he made tough choices because it was the right thing for the `most important person in his life despite the fact it could cost him his happiness.

Gwen was a whirlwind of activity, but I loved the way she put herself out there and helped John when he needed her most and was so vulnerable. I appreciated that she made sure John knew her job and her life was important to her and that she refused to change everything just for him.

Holiday magic, a bit of humor, some sexy times and two people willing to do whatever it takes to make themselves happy made Unwrapping Her Perfect Match thoroughly enjoyable.
