Fantasy Valentine

Tanwen smiled as a shower of confetti hearts fell out of the Valentine’s Day card and onto her cluttered computer desk. After getting off of work at the hospital she’d been pleasantly surprised to find the card in her mailbox and was still in her scrubs as she sat down. The pink, lavender, and gold hearts sparkled in the low light of her wanna-be Tiffany lamp and she shook the last of them off the card as she read the inscription from her best friend inside.

Tanwen,
Your trip for the Sodom Virtual Reality Resort is booked. I’ve emailed you a link to their survey that you will need to fill out by the end of the week. Don’t over think it, don’t lie to yourself about what you want, and know that I’m just a phone call away if you find yourself unable to decide if you want your virtual lover to have a nine or a ten inch dick.
Love ya
Your Perverted Fairy Godmother

Laughing softly, Tanwen set the Valentine’s Day card next to the ones her grown sons had sent her. With anticipation tightening her stomach she quickly opened her email and scanned for the message from Sodom. Three quick clicks later and she was filling in her customer number and getting registered with the best sexual virtual reality resort in the world for her first vacation by herself in over twenty years.

For a brief moment she wished her ex-husband was going with her, not as a sexual partner but as a friend to share the experience with. Then again the one time she’d brought an erotic movie home for them to watch and he’d flipped out and accused her of having an affair. Not exactly the response she’d been hoping for. At the top of the screen artistic renderings of the different types of fantasies the resort offered scrolled by and she laughed loud enough to startle her cat who gave her a slit eyed glare from his bed on top of her desk for daring to interrupt his beauty sleep.

“Sorry, Wendel,” Tanwen said as she scratched his velvet soft ears. “I was just imagining your old Master trying to role play.”

Wendel closed his eyes again, evidently pacified by her attention and intent going back to sleep. She tucked a strand of hair behind her ear and leaned forward, reading the first question that she was supposed to fill out.

Name one sight, scent, and sound that turns you on.

She pursed her lips and leaned back in her chair, staring at the ceiling of her apartment. The first one was easy to answer, she’d always been a sucker for a nice set of shoulders on a man. There was just something about gripping a rock hard pair of shoulders that really did it for her, at least in her imagination it did. It had been a long time since she’d felt the body of a man who didn’t sit behind a desk for a living.
Now for scent they probably didn’t mean like a cologne. She found herself thinking back to the summer, many years ago, when they’d rented a cabin on the lake for a few weeks. Her boys had just begun to enter their teenage years and they spent most of the time either in the water or on the beach while her husband was gone from sunrise till after lunch out fishing. At first she’d been slightly miffed that he didn’t want to spend time with her, but had quickly grown to love those hours of solitude.

She spent a good deal of that time on the porch swing, listening to the wind in the trees and reading a stack of books she’d found in the rented cabin’s bookshelf. They were what her mother liked to call ‘smutty bodice rippers’ but she’d really enjoyed the stories of love and romance. They made her happy and she treasured the escape they offered. They also made her wet, but she wasn’t sure if that was due to the steamy scenes or the sight of their neighbor.

He was older than her, probably close to fifty, but he had a body of a man half his age. He must have been a former boxer or something of the sort because he spent one hour every day beating on his punching bag that hung in his backyard. All that slick, hard muscle bunching and flexing as he worked the bag. From her place on the porch she could see him perfectly while looking like she was reading, but every once in a while the wind would shift and she’d catch a hint of his scent and her hormones would go into overdrive. So yes, she liked the rough, masculine smell of a man working out.

She quickly filled in the information and chewed on her lower lip as she considered sound. That was easy enough, she adored the rough growling sound of men with deep voices, like Vin Diesel. His bass purr always made her sigh and she could just imagine him whispering terribly naughty things in her ear. Perverted demands that she would only be too happy fulfill.

Blushing furiously she tried to put her fantasy into words and quickly moved to the next question, eager to get to a safer subject that didn’t make her feel so…aroused. Unfortunately the next question shot her libido into orbit and made her blush.

Go masturbate and then write down what you fantasized about.

Shaking her head she cupped her face in her hands and wondered if she could really do this. Heck, she was the woman who never swore, never said anything impolite, and tried to always be a lady. How did pulling out her vibrator and then telling some stranger what she thought about fall into line who she thought she was.
Then again, she was going to Sodom to try and recapture her flagging passion. Maybe this was just the kind of step she needed to take to get into the right frame of mind. After all, she was almost forty years old and she deserved to feel beautiful again, to go out and do all the things having a baby and getting married at seventeen denied her.

She stood up and stretched, her mind spinning through the store of fantasies that she’d built up over the years. Would she think about being Mina, waiting for her dark vampire lover to force her into forbidden pleasure? Or maybe she would imagine being a naughty co-ed being seduced by her Professor. As she walked down the short hallway to her bedroom she didn’t bother to turn on the lights, too lost in her fantasies that would soon become reality, virtual reality, at Sodom.

  2. Ann that was unbelievable, I wish I had a fairy godmother like that. The excerpt is really an appetizer for the rest of the story. You are a new author to me, I look forward to this story and many of your other books.
