My everyday job is in the height of it’s season, I’m stressed and there won’t be a light at the end of the tunnel for a couple of months. I have had to evaluate the things I do to see what I can trim to give me a little more time in my day. I don’t want to trim the I LOVE ME Challenge, but it is the one part of the blog with the least response. So I am going to cancel this feature. I will try to occasionally post some motivational tips, it is just something I can’t commit to on a regular basis.
BUT PLEASE keep on doing what you have been doing. This was not a decision I made easy, but since stress is one of my triggers for over eating, I have had to look at how I can minimize it.
