It’s funny that Overboard shows up so often. Love all the picks, just never got Ghost or The Notebook. But, then again, not fond of ice cream or apple pie.
I love Robin Hood – men in tights, Seven Brides for Seven Brothers and Pride and Prejudice (bbc version- its a looooong movie lol!!)
Wow! There are some great choices here and I love so many but the one that I love the most is definitely Overboard. I’ve seen it so many times I know the dialogue by heart.
Here’s my Dirty Secret for the week.
Dirty Dancing is awesome. I LOVE it, but it’s not one of my top 3.
The Notebook is a good pick, too.
Happy Thursday

Braveheart is my favorite movie. Mel Gibson in a kilt…..YUMMY lol

Wow top 3 that’s hard
1. Witness (there is a story that goes with this one) for my birthday a few years ago my oldest bought me my own copy.
2. Jazz Singer (Neil Diamond version)
3. Sabrina (both the versions one with Bogart and one with Harrison Ford)
Great choices–I think most of the everyone’s picks are on my list as well (Avatar, Notebook,Beastly, Lake House, etc).
I’d add Beauty and the Beast, The Guardian and…The Cutting Edge (1 and 2). 🙂
Enjoy!

So very hard to narrow down. I love the classics like Sound of Music and The King and I. I mean come on Christopher Plummer and Yul Brynner….whew!
Then there are what I consider “new day” classics: Overboard, Swing Shift, Sweet Home Alabama, While You Were Sleeping, Runaway Bride, Working Girl, 7 Days and & Nights…oh hell anything with Harrison Ford.
Dirty Dancing, Pretty Woman, The Notebook, A Walk to Remember, & Ghost.. 🙂
So many great picks! The Green Mile was the first movie to really make me bawl my eyes out. Love the Birdcage! Such a funny, endearing movie 🙂
