Happy March and St. Patrick’s Day! My mother’s birthday is on March 17th so she’s had a lot of green cakes, green beer, and green everything. Of course, since she’s barely five feet tall, she’s had many a joke on that day too. Put her in green and she is a leprechaun or an elf:) And if she were me, that would inspire a naughty leprechaun or elf story!
Since St. Patty day is about luck, its kind of appropriate I talk about my Zodius series because its based in Vegas and came from my love of that city. Fortunately, before the roulette tables claimed all of my attention, I went to Vegas a good number of times and simply explored. So as I write the series I’m able to use my real life memories to make the setting believable.
The series is based on the Area 51 mystery. What really goes on there? Are there little green men there? Leprechauns? Elves? Aliens? Elvis? Na….at least not in my series. My father-in-law now passed away, was at the cleanup of that mysteries ship though so many years ago. He confessed on his death bed. He said there was a ship. There were reasons to cover it up. He was sworn, by life and death threat, to secrecy. So in my series, there is the government recovered shipwreck, and DNA from another being though that ship or being are never present in the series. They are simply part of the science and experiments that go on in at Area 51.
My soldiers were given injections and told they were immunizations. Instead, they were given shots with that being’s DNA. The result? GTECH super soldiers who can travel in the wind, who are super strong and fast, and much more for many of the men. And in Danger that is Damion, the first woman GTECH is introduced.
An author friend and I have been playing with the idea of having a convention in Vegas. I’d have to have an Area 51 conspiracy theory person come in and tell us if there are green men! My friend writes hot Highlanders so there would have to be men in Kilts and men in Army gear and chocolate and ….the list goes on.

I would love the Zodius to be real. I do believe there is more to the story than we’ve been told… I’m open to all possibilities especially if it means Sterling & Damion could be real! 🙂
I have no idea what is at area 51 but i am guessing soldiers areinvolved somehow. All the better that they are SUPER HOT!
I would love it to be hot super soldiers but it’s more likely to be a training area for new weapons or crafts.
Mind I do believe in aliens just not that they would be dumb enough to get trapped in area 51!!

There is not any little green men there.never was. There was only hot super soldiers 😉
I do believe that the gov’t would have to have secrets from the regular populace, because yes, we tend to panic and there are things you don’t want your enemies getting a hold of. But green men? No! Supersoldiers? maybe.
