This is a really funny, lighthearted, sexy story. Yes, there are a lot of emotional moments that hit hard. There are some past demons that come into play. There are some serious soul searching moments, but it’s all entangled around a couple that pulls at your heartstrings and you can’t help but to root for. ~ Rhayne, Guilty Pleasures

All men have a wingman – it’s the bro code.

I’d like to say I fit into that code – only I am missing a certain long, hard member that automatically allows me entrance.

That doesn’t matter – because for him I’m the ultimate.

His wingman.

Well, in the grand scheme of things – his wing-woman.

Reign Braxton. Womaniser. Asshole. Douche of the century. Sexy as sin but as rule would have it – all sexy men have a problem.
Reign is still lusting after the one that got away.

Enter me. Wing woman of the century, make-ex-jealous extraordinaire.

It’s my job.

Why do I do it, you ask? Simple – money.
Reign’s obsession gives me a good lifestyle.

I am anything he wants me to be, all for a price of course.
But I go and do something incredibly stupid – I fall in love with my boss. My boss who is in love with his ex.

There are no prizes for second best.

I think this is definitely going to be a book you really like and enjoy, or you are going to hate it. As for me, I thought it was great. This was a total new style of book from what I am used to reading by Ms. Jewel, and I personally think she nailed it.

You pretty much get an idea of the plot with the synopsis, but let’s just recap…Reign is an ass! He’s cocky and sexy and he is so hung up on his ex, Selina that he only has one focus on life and that is to reclaim her. It doesn’t matter to him that she cheated and ruined their once happy relationship; all that matters is that she comes back to him and they live happily ever after. Well that is his plan until Tia enters his life and then she spins a web of emotions he never knew existed.

Tia and Reign meet at a club and have an instant connection. She is lighthearted and funny and shows a snarky side that he is intrigued by. He immediately hires her for some business and some pleasure, but only for show to make the ex jealous. Their arrangement doesn’t quite go as planned and soon he finds himself being pulled in two different directions.

Once Reign has both Tia and Selina in his life his heart and his head spin out of control trying to decide what path to take. He’s only ever wanted Selina, but he can’t seem to fathom his life without Tia. This is a bit of a love triangle, but only on the emotional level, not physical. I think this is the part of the story that you will either hate or love. Reign treats Tia like a shit. He needs her when he needs her and quickly forgets about her when he’s around Selina. He has never promised her anything and she has known from the start what his end game is. He uses her over and over again and she keeps falling deeper and deeper in love with him.

Tia is a sassy character full of spark. She shows Reign how to let loose and just have fun. She shows him how to be a friend and she shows him what love really is. Time and time again he disappoints and hurts her. She is so in love with him she accepts the good and the bad. The alternative is to walk away for good and she just can’t imagine a life without him. Some say this made her a weak character, I say it made her stronger. She saw a different side to Reign than no one knew existed. She showed him how fun life could be and she had faith in him that he would eventually take the blinders off and claim what she was offering.

Like every great romance story he does finally see the error of his ways and earns his redemption with Tia. And if you’re like me and like to see the ex eventually get what she deserves, you will love how this story unfolds.

If you are a fan of Ms. Jewel and have followed her MC series, you will be happy to know some of her bikers show up in this story. They bring their badass protective personalities with them and prove they will always protect their own.

This is a really funny, lighthearted, sexy story. Yes, there are a lot of emotional moments that hit hard. There are some past demons that come into play. There are some serious soul searching moments, but it’s all entangled around a couple that pulls at your heartstrings and you can’t help but to root for.
