Bella Andre brought “romance” to a new level with I Love How You Love Me. I don’t think that I have ever read a book with such a sensitive, loving, kind, open-hearted, hot man as Dylan Sullivan! ~ Kitty, Guilty Pleasures

18870023Description:
Dylan Sullivan, a renowned boat builder, has spent his entire life sailing around the world. But while he’s always enjoyed the freedom of the ocean, when Grace Adrian shows up at his Seattle boathouse to interview him for a magazine, it’s love at first sight. Love for both Grace and her ten-month-old son, Mason, with whom Dylan has an immediate bond. And every moment they spend together makes Dylan more and more certain that a love like theirs is worth risking everything for.

A year and a half ago, Grace’s entire world turned upside down. Not only did she learn that she was pregnant, she also found out that she was nothing but a dirty little secret to her boyfriend and his elite Washington D.C. family. Since then, Grace has been rebuilding her life in Seattle, giving one hundred percent of her attention to her son and her freelance writing career. Believing she can never risk her heart—or her son’s—again, especially to a man like Dylan who could sail away at any moment, Grace tries desperately to guard her heart from the charismatic and sexy sailor.

For as sweet and protective as Dylan is during the day, at night when one incredibly hot kiss turns into so much more, Grace simply can’t find a way to keep from tumbling into his arms again and again. But can she ever learn to trust in love again?

Will Bella Andre ever write a story about one of the Sullivan’s that I don’t absolutely love? Dear purestdelightawardLord, she’s written some hot men and strong woman in the past Sullivan books but, Dylan stole my heart and soul. I don’t think that I have ever read a book with such a sensitive, loving, kind, open-hearted, hot man as Dylan Sullivan!

Love at first sight? Yea, Dylan Sullivan knew that’s how it would happen. He’d be smacked in the face with it and it would be all over. But, the sea-faring, easy-going man that he is, he never thought that it would be with a beautiful woman that has a son. A ready-made family may not be what he imagined but, Mason stole his heart with the first throw of his rattle. Never fear, he’s a Sullivan and, if she was his destiny, he would do whatever it takes to make it work. Slow and easy, fast and hard – whatever she asked for, she would get.

Grace has been burned. A bad relationship with a man who expected her to just get rid of the baby she was carrying. He didn’t know Grace, know her determination to make things work under any circumstances. Mason was her world now and there is nothing that she won’t do to protect him and her heart. Taking the assignment to write a story about the heart of a sailor for Sailing Magazine, she didn’t expect the elusive Dylan Sullivan to be so devastatingly handsome or kind. She never thought he would agree to the interview. Surprised that he said yes, she was even more surprised when he suggested dinner at his parents to start the interview and invited the very adorable Mason along as well.

As the two of them try to figure out their feelings for one another, Grace’s past comes back to haunt her. Her biggest fear is coming true and it’s time for her to step back from Dylan and face the problem head on. What she didn’t expect was the whole Sullivan clan coming to her rescue. In the classic Sullivan way, they rally the wagons and show Grace just what she and Mason mean to all of them. She hasn’t felt this much love since her father was alive.

Like I said in the beginning, Dylan stole my heart. He knew what to say, how to say it and when to say it. He knew how to make Grace let go of her fears and tried, tirelessly, to make her see that he was not going to hurt her the way her ex did. He gave her his heart the minute he met her and never took it back, even as she pushed him away. His persistence and patience, his time with Mason, made me weak in the knees and I couldn’t understand how Grace could resist him. He was just what we would all want our men to be like. It took her a while but Grace does finally come around as she is meeting the full Sullivan clan, both Seattle and San Francisco, and it was so much fun having all the woman together again.

Bella Andre brought “romance” to a new level with I Love How You Love Me. It’s going to be hard to top the story of Dylan, Grace and Mason but, I have faith that she will make us all fall just as in love with Adam as we did with Dylan.
