I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s full of emotion, has an intense plot, and delivers an abundance of spicy sex that leaves you breathless. It’s a captivating tale that gives an honest insight into a MC club and all that is wrapped around a twisted yet beautiful love story. ~ Rhayne, Guilty Pleasures

Description:
As Reapers Motorcycle Club president, Reese “Picnic” Hayes has given his entire life to the club. After losing his wife, he knew he’d never love another woman. And with two daughters to raise and a club to manage, that was just fine with him. These days, Reese keeps his relationships free and easy—he definitely doesn’t want to waste his time on a glorified cleaning lady like London Armstrong.
Too bad he’s completely obsessed with her.
Besides running her own business, London’s got her junkie cousin’s daughter to look after—a more reckless than average eighteen-year-old. Sure she’s attracted to the Reapers’ president, but she’s not stupid. Reese Hayes is a criminal and a thug. But when her young cousin gets caught up with a ruthless drug cartel, Reese might be the only man who can help her. Now London has to make the hardest decision of her life—how far will she go to save her family?

Once again I’m lost for words to describe how much I love the Reaper’s series. With every new installment, I find a new favorite. Reaper’s Stand completely blew me away. I loved it hard!
Each book in this series is so unique and conquers a different element. Picnic and London are a more mature couple who have been dealt some rough cards and are trying to move forward day to day. There is no logical explanation for the strong physical pull these two have towards one another. They connect quickly and just as quickly battle betrayal, trust, and darkness that leaves little hope for a future.
London is doing all she can to run her cleaning business and take care of her cousin’s daughter Jess. She has sacrificed a lot for her, including a marriage. She hasn’t dated since her divorce six years ago and is ready to get back in the scene. She’s been dating the local cop, but she can’t stop thinking about the bad boy MC president she cleans for. She knows he has a reputation and she knows she doesn’t fit into his life, but once he makes his play for her, she falls hard and fast.
Picnic lost his wife to cancer, and he has no desire to replace her EVER. He wants no attachments, only the short release of pleasure the club whores can deliver. That is until London enters the picture. He can’t stop thinking about her and his desire for her only increases over time. The buildup between these two is intense and you know once they finally give in it will be explosive.
As most things often do in the MC world, things rapidly turn to shit and hard decisions have to be made. I really don’t want to get too involved with the details here because it will really pull away from your experiencing a variety of jaw dropping and tear shed moments. The twist and turns will keep you glued to every page.
I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s full of emotion, has an intense plot, and delivers an abundance of spicy sex that leaves you breathless. It’s a captivating tale that gives an honest insight into a MC club and all that is wrapped around a twisted yet beautiful love story. I have said it before, but it bears repeating…This is hands down my favorite MC series. Each new book is so original to not only the series, but also the MC romance genre. Run grab your copy now!

“Okay, let’s get some shit straight and then you can head out.” Great, here it came. The Talk. Fortunately I was ahead of him for once.
“Don’t worry, Reese. I know this was just a one-off for you, and that you don’t want a relationship. That’s what I needed, too, so in a way it’s perfect. No harm, no foul. We can just pretend this never happened.”
A scowl covered his face. “What the fuck are you talking about?”
“Us. Or rather, the fact that there isn’t an ‘us.’ I get it—you like to sleep around. I had a good time, but I’m not expecting a ring or anything.”
His eyes widened, and I smirked.
“Although I’ll be around if you want another booty call,” I added slyly.
Yay me! I’m a sophisticated woman who knows the difference between love and sex.
Reese’s scowl grew deeper, and then suddenly he moved and I was under him, pinned down against the bed. He pulled my hands up, holding them prisoner above my head.
“Are you fucked in the head?” he demanded harshly. “You get laid for the first time in years, it’s phenomenal—”
“Well, aren’t you the modest one?”
“It’s phenomenal,” he repeated, emphasizing the word heavily. “And now you’re just going to ignore me? I am not fuckin’ down with that.”
