I’ve been a HUGE Kelly Jamieson fan for a few years but I had never read her Heller Brothers 
hockey series and after picking up the boxed set, I set down to read and found myself immersed in the lives of these four hockey playing brothers, their parents, their significant others and their crazy high profile lives. I loved this set which included four full length novels and a bonus holiday novella.
There was something so special about watching each of these big, bad hockey players fall head over heels in love with their women. I enjoyed the fact that the women they brought into their lives were all so very different and led extremely interesting lives, that they were all strong women and that their journey to their happily ever afters weren’t easy. Ms. Jamieson did a fantastic job of not only developing all of these characters fully but she managed to serve up very different and compelling stories for each couple.
A special bonus was seeing these big, grown men deal with their parents especially their Mom who taught them not only how to love but that if something is worth having it is worth fighting for and their Dad who most definitely taught them not only about hockey but how to treat the woman in their life.
Honestly as I moved from book to book, I was so caught up in their lives and the little glimpses of the other characters in each book made each book that much more special. I don’t watch hockey so I appreciated that this author did a good job of explaining the game so that people like me would understand what was going on during the exciting hockey scenes.
As always this author did not disappoint with her plentiful and extremely sexy love scenes giving us a very intimate look into the lives of these couples.
