Couper, hot menages, even hotter rock stars. But, The Bad Boy In My Bed and now The Good Girl In My Bed is showing us another side of Ms. Blake that is totally dark and dangerous. She’s combined danger and suspense with hot and wild and came up with the couple that will really rock your world.
Ronnie and Lucas are the absolute meaning of opposites attracting. Lucas is hardened, a former gang member. Ronnie is a spitfire but also sweet and sassy. She has a tough side that Lucas is amazed with but loathes that he brought it out in her. She can handle whatever is dished out but he can’t stand that it’s because of him.
After an unexpected visitor, Lucas knows that he has to put his past to bed and there is only one way to do that … face it. With some help, he just may come out of this alive … worst case scenario, he’ll be dead but Ronnie will be safe. Best case scenario, his enemy will be dead and Ronnie will be safe. Either way, he loses Ronnie but gets what she wants … the love of his life safe.
This little series is actually blowing me away. Once I start one of the books, I can’t stop reading it. It’s fast moving and interesting. Hot, sexy and, again, surprising. You have no idea what Ronnie is going to do next or how Lucas will handle it … usually with sex but you really have to read it to understand it. And, finally, I love the way the story is flowing, how Lexxie is bringing out the best and worst in all of the characters, how she is keeping us guessing about certain ones and showing us all sides of the rest. This is one love story that has a little bit of everything and a whole lot of steamy.
