You’ll I’m not going to lie, I was a bit worried about reading Wedlocked because there was so much I wanted for the characters Ace Locke and Dylan Prescott and I didn’t want to be disappointed and sometimes when I build something up so big in my head the reality doesn’t live up to my fantasy, but I can absolutely tell you that Ella Frank and Brooke Blaine gave these men everything I wanted for them and more.
Wedlocked is the third book in their wildly popular #PresLocke series and while some might consider it the end, I can help but wonder if it is only the beginning, I guess only time will tell. Wedlocked takes place after Ace’s very, very public proposal to Dylan and they are planning their dream wedding. As you can expect from a book about a wedding there were some sentimental moments, a couple that made me tear up, but come on this is #PresLocke and these men don’t do anything by half measure so this book contains fun and frivolity and at times it is sexy and raunchy and I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way!

Because I don’t want to spoil anything in this book I’m going to be careful about what I say; first off someone from Dylan’s past tries to make things difficult for Dylan and Ace and with the help of his friend and attorney Logan Mitchell (yes, Ella fans that Logan) take care of it in a big way. Wedding plans have the men discovering all kinds of things about one another in interesting ways and their joint bachelor party weekend was truly memorable. Fans of both authors will recognize the other characters in this book and while you don’t have to read their other series to understand what is happening in this book, I HIGHLY recommend you check out both of their backlists.

So many high moments in this book and I’m not talking about the ones with Dylan’s brother, Lennon. Dylan’s parents make Ace a part of the family in their own unique way and for someone with his fame and background, it was easy to see their gesture meant more to him than any gift he could have imagined. I’ll say it again everyone needs a little Ziggy and Sunshine in their lives. Ace’s parents redeem themselves which I was happy to see for both his and Dylan’s sake. One of the men is very nervous on their wedding day, not cold feet or anything like that just insecurity that ended the minute he saw his man in his wedding attire. Their vows to one another made me smile and tear up at the same time, these sweet, sensitive, sexy men! The epilogue was EPIC!
As this is the third book in the #PresLocke series, you really do need to read both Aced and Locked to fully appreciate this story, but it is well worth your time to do so and you will not be disappointed in this couple’s funny, crazy, sexy and emotional journey.

This couple and these authors engaged me from the beginning of this series and kept me locked and loaded until the very end; I have loved every minute I have spent with these characters and seeing them both get everything they didn’t know they wanted out of life together was absolutely perfect!
